About the Team
We are an alliance of researchers, healthcare workers and stakeholders committed to reducing the incidence of cervical cancer in the Pacific and working towards the goal of cervical cancer elimination as a public health issue.
Purpose of Program
The Cervical Cancer Prevention in the Pacific (CCPP) alliance’s mission is towards elimination of cervical cancer as a public health problem in the Pacific.
Our goals are to support Pacific nations to:
- Increase coverage of vaccination against HPV
- Increase screening coverage using HPV testing
- Appropriately manage and treat women who are HPV positive
